This Privacy Policy explains how Wisella AI LLC ("Wisella AI", "we", "us") handles information when you visit wisellai.com (the "Site"). The Site is an informational website; it has no user accounts and no payment functionality. The only data you can send us is through the contact form or by email.
Personal data processed by the CLOUSD platform (clousd.com), including customer accounts, billing and device data, is covered by the separate CLOUSD Privacy Policy at clousd.com/privacy.
1. Information we collect
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you load a page: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, and your browser and operating system type. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site running and are retained for a limited period by the hosting provider.
Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or write to hello@wisellai.com we receive your name, your email address, your company if you give it, the topic and content of your message and, for the form, the IP address and browser it was sent from (used only to limit abuse). We use this information only to respond to you and keep it for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or third-party cookies on the Site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers when a page loads; Google's handling of that request is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
2. How we use information

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

The Site is hosted by a provider in the European Union and operated by a United States company. The technical information described above is processed where the Site is hosted.
